Q) What is the procedure for storing my stuff?
A) Contact us by phone, email or drop in and we can reserve a suitable sized room for you. We will need to see an id and proof of address then on completing a contract agreement and paying a month's rent in advance - job done.
Q) What are your opening hours?
A) We are run from the Farm Shop so when they are open;
9.00 to 5.00 Monday to Saturday
9.30 to 4.00 Sundays and Bank Holidays
Earlier or later access can be arranged by agreement - we are pretty flexible.
Q) How do I get access to my space?
A) You call in at the Farm Shop and will be asked to sign in and be given 2 keys; to the main door and our lock to your door. We will then turn off the alarms to your room.
Q) How long can I store my stuff for?
A) You pay for storage monthly in advance. If you need your room for more than 3 months then we will automatically discount the amount you pay.
Q) What can I store?
A) Anything that will not explode, ignite, rot, smell, is toxic or be of interest to the Police!
Q) How safe is my stuff?
A) Your room will have 2 padlocks, you supply one and keep the key, one we supply and you pick up this key on signing in. We have a top line cctv system with 5 cameras that cover and record all access points to the building and rooms within. Every room has intruder and fire sensors linked to 'sound bomb' alarms.
Q) Do I need to insure my possessions?
A) We insist on you insuring your goods whilst they are with us, usually this will be covered by your home contents insurance.
